It explains the relationship between us and our customers, how we expect accounts to be used and the key steps we take to keep the service secure and fair. By using the site you agree to these terms alongside any specific promotion terms that apply to your account.
Account responsibilities
You are responsible for keeping your account details accurate and for all activity that occurs under your login. Do not share your password or let others access your account. If you suspect unauthorised use you must contact us immediately. We may suspend or close accounts where we suspect fraud, money-laundering, underage gambling or breach of these terms.
Verification and identity checks
We carry out verification checks to confirm identity, age and address. This may require documents such as an ID or a recent proof of address. Withdrawals may be delayed until verification is complete. Refusal to provide requested documents may result in account restrictions.
Eligibility requirements
Only eligible customers may open accounts. You must be at least 18 and resident in a permitted jurisdiction. Only one account is permitted per person, household and payment method unless we agree otherwise. We reserve the right to refuse registration or close accounts that do not meet our eligibility rules.
Acceptable platform use
Use the service lawfully and in accordance with these terms. You must not attempt to manipulate games, exploit promotions, operate bots or otherwise interfere with platform integrity. Abuse, harassment of staff or repeated attempts to circumvent limits will result in sanctions up to permanent account closure.
Bonuses and promotions
Promotional offers are subject to separate terms which form part of these terms. Only one welcome offer per customer or household is permitted where applicable. Qualifying deposits, wagering requirements, game restrictions and expiry periods will be set out in the specific promotion terms. We may withhold or reclaim bonus funds where we reasonably suspect abuse or irregular play.
Deposits and withdrawals
Available payment methods and any applicable limits are shown in your account. Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal amounts may vary by method and by account status. Withdrawals are generally returned to the original payment method and will be subject to our verification and anti-money-laundering checks. We may apply processing times to deposits and withdrawals as necessary.
Dispute resolution
If you have a complaint please contact our support team. We will investigate and aim to resolve disputes promptly and fairly. If a dispute cannot be resolved directly, you may be entitled to escalate the matter to an independent dispute resolution service where this is available.
Updates to terms and conditions
